MLP Radio Drama Voice Actors and Crew Wanted · 3:12am Sep 5th, 2013
A long time ago, on a my little pony fanfiction site far far away, I had the dream of doing my take on the War of the Worlds, pony style. The story would have been a bit different from the actual War of the Worlds, featuring a Maretian Prince and Princess (non-alicorn) coming to Equestria to escape a massive political insurrection and to warn them about a forth-coming invasion. The goal of the invasion was basically vengeance against Princess Celestia for killing their 'god,' Ares, years upon years ago, and to of course, allow them to take Equestria - and the rest of the world's resources and land for their own. They don't kill anypony, however - they plan to use them all for slave labor, and therefore capture instead of kill them for 'reprogramming'.
Now, Twilight and her friends must flee the invasion, as well as guard the maretian prince and princess, as they're the keys to a MacGuffin that can stop the invasion.
Still, War of the Worlds is something I just feel would work better in terms of either a radio drama or flash animation, therefore, I kind of want to go that route. But before I write a script, I need to know if anyone's willing to be on board. I'll of course need one or two female voice actors, or a male able to some-what decently mimic female vocal chords (I can edit this in Audacity make it sound even more feminine), though honestly, I can switch the story up a bit if needed. The heroes don't need to be the Mane Six, necessarily. It could be Shining Armor for all I cared, as that'd be interesting to work with. Even OCs wouldn't be too bad.

I can do anything that requires a deep voice, but I have been told my Big Mac voice is top notch.
I have never VA'd.
I think that my deep voice talent is an 8 or a 9. Many people give me compliments on it. I can send you some stuff, if you would like to hear it.

If I could voice-act any pony, it'd be: If you have a crazy guy broadcasting over radio, that would be nice. But it doesn't really matter.
Any voice acting experience: When reading Macbeth out loud in English class, my teacher.commented I got into my characters quite well.
On a level of one to ten, rate your voice acting talent: Assuming 5 is average, I'd say a 7, but that's what everyone thinks of their own voice, isn't it?
