WATCH_DOGS

Alright, it's been awhile since I've made a blog post. Mostly because I'm busy and I could care less about the way this website has the blogs set up.

So, to recap my summer:
• I got addicted to Tumblr.
• I have been doing some writing. Not about ponies, but about another show.
• I spent a whole week at a cottage right at the waterfront of a beach.
• I'm going back to school on Tuesday.

Yeah, that's about it.

Okay, onto what this blog is mostly about. So there's been a lot going on in the game industry. Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo are all competing with their 8th generation consoles: the PS4, the Xbox 1, and the Wii U, respectively. And there are some pretty cool games coming out, to name a few:

• Grand Theft Auto V*
• Splinter Cell: Blacklist
• Call of Duty: Ghosts
• Destiny
• Batman: Arkham Origins
• Killzone: Shadow Fall
• Gran Turismo 6*
• Battlefield 4*

*Looking forward to these ones

WATCH_DOGS IS GAME OF THE YEAR

I've always been a big fan of GTA, but this just steps it up, you know why? BECAUSE YOU PLAY AN ANTIHERO VIGILANTE THAT CAN HACK.

HACK THE WHOLE CITY OF CHICAGO!

My b-day comes beginning of November, and my aunt and grandma each give me $100 to spend. Gonna take $70 of it right off the bat and pre-order the Vigilante Edition. Comes with the mask, hat and soundtrack. Gonna be sweet.

That's my neck of the woods.

Sounds awesome! Still haven't decided which console I want to get, but PS4 is pulling ahead for having some kick ass titles coming up.

I have to mention though: I see Titanfall wasn't in your list. Your thoughts on the game? I like hearing others' opinions on it. Helps me shape a clearer picture of my own.

Go for the PS4. After the whole thing with the Xbox1, I'm wary of Microsoft.

Titanfall, for whatever reason, is not a point of interest for me. Sounds like an awesome game that I would play if I was over at a friend's house, but not one I would buy. I have games that are higher on the priority list.
