Chapter 3 is up! · 4:03pm Aug 19th, 2013
So after a week of failed promises, chapter three is finally up. With cover art! Now I feel like a professional. haha
Anyways, since I have your attention I thought I'd share a dream I had recently. Now this is a dream I actually had. I came down stairs, checked my laptop, and lo and behold I had gotten myself featured!? Tens of thousands of likes were mine for the taking! I had a bunch of comments praising my awesome writing ability, and saying we are not worthy! Then I woke up... apparently my subconscious has a lot more hubris than I do. Personally I really don't care if anyone really reads my fic, as long as one person enjoys it (even if it's just me) I will keep writing.
That's good. Keep telling yourself that. Stems the flow of madness from outside... keeps it out, but not for long... Sooner or later these pleasant dreams of the feature box will turn into nightmares of dancing dislikes and scathing comments filled with hate... enjoy them while you can.
It's already inside all of us... you have lost.
Anyway, nonsense aside... I don't get it... why is it that your fic - BY THE BY, I like it - is that short and yet that good? I just don't get it... even just the Pinkie chapter of my DoE is twice as long as your entire story... and yet no one liked it.... and... even... gah. I'll leave before I leave a sappy mess on your blog posts.
