How's it going guys? Just got back from Virginia Beach, (it was wet, but not in the beachy way; the rainy way) and since I'm too damn fidgety to go sleep, thought I'd post a blog so everyone is in the know.
College starts on Wednesday for me, so I'm excited for that... yeah! You'd think this would further hinder my already slow process of writing (since I write so many stories at once, regardless of whether they be fanfiction or just fiction) but I'm rather optimistic about the whole thing. So optimistic that I thought I'd share another story I plan on publishing on here pretty soon with you guys.
Ever since I was stuck in the thick of my film studies class back in high school, I wanted to do something like a Western. It's a pretty hard thing to take a grasp of since it's a setting and style I have little to no experience in besides watching all the John Wayne films and the Spaghetti Westerns with Clint Eastwood and whatnot.
I thought it would be a fun little concept to take a tackle at with ponies, so I started writing a bunch of stuff down and I got a pretty cohesive story down, even though it's really just two decent sized chapters.
It's going to involve Applejack and a bit of family trouble down in Appleloosa, (along with a whole assortment of characters, ranging from Cutie Markless unicorns, to a lone wandering human, who just wants to get home to his wife and family.)
It's going to be considerable vulgar and graphic. Language and whatnot and certain adult themes and junk... the usual.
It's really going to be a fast and quick to the punch, hopefully get you guys interested quick.
Oh yeah, I'm going to be calling the story: "Smoke." I haven't really settled on any art for the story yet, but I would love to hear what you guys think of the concept and title of the story.
I'll be updating Wishing Well as soon as I get everything in order to write, and I'll hopefully be publishing that Western story as well.
I'm really just glad to be back guys. I'll chat with ya'll soon hopefully!
