So you’re probably all wondering where I've been for the last few days. Well I'll be honest; I've been kind of depressed lately. One of my close family members has had cancer for a while now and there is no way for him to recover from it at this point. To say the least, he'd been getting pretty weak these last few weeks this summer to the point where he can barely talk to us. Needless to say, I've been taking care of him a lot and trying to spend time with him before he, goes.
I'm not sure how much time he has left although I'll just say it’s getting down to the wire. I've finally started getting back to writing this weekend although with things the way they are here at home, I'm not going to give exact days on when the chapters will be up, although I'll try to get this one out before the end of the month.
I wanted to keep this secret, but since the delay on chapter 3 has been longer than expected, I felt you guys had the right to know. I hope you understand what I'm going through right now and thank you for again for enjoying my story.

you don't need to explain to us why there's a delay we all know that you are a very gifted writer and we all know hat if there is a delay its because of something important and also I'm very sorry for you I've lost 2 family members to cancer I know what you are going through I'm so sorry for you.
I'm sorry to hear about all of that. My grandfather managed to beat cancer several times, but each time it left him a little weaker and a little more drained... I pray for the best and offer you a kind ear to listen if you ever need someone to talk to!
My sincerest sympathies go out to you. I hope everything will turn out okay.
That's rough. Similar situation happened to me at the turn of the year, right between Christmas and school. It was not a very productive time for me, either. I can't really say anything to make it better, but hopefully things go the best way possible, under the circumstances.
