Another blog post? Yep.
First off... I don't know what to say! I posted the transition chapter yesterday (Chapter 6.5) and all of a sudden my story was on that little box thing on the front page. I just don't even... how do you get on there? Is it random? If so, I got very lucky. If it's not luck, I have no idea what I did to deserve that spotlight. In any case, I'm extremely encouraged to keep on going with "Tales".
...This brings me to the doubt. I'm extremely nervous about this next chapter. I've had Episode 2 done for some time, but now that I think about it, it sort of pales in regards to "epic-ness" in comparison to Episode 1. I fear readers are gonna blaze through this next episode over the week and give me a huge WTF!? I feel that in the description I should warn that this is going to not only be a long series, but also an odd blend of "slice of life" and "adventure" episodes. Given some comments, I worry that some readers are simply anticipating Twilight to go on another epic adventure like she did in Episode 1. That will happen again (several times), but in between these instances are episodes exploring the OC characters that I've created and love.
I guess all I can do is post the next chapter and watch in anticipation... or maybe I should walk away from the computer for a while to try and not to have a heart attack after posting. We'll see. A huge thanks to all who have read, commented, and/or rated! Chapter 7 comes tomorrow.
