My Home Internet's a Jerk

Past few weeks now, my house's internet has had a habit of going down for a pretty hefty chunk of the day. For the most part we've attributed this to construction/road work going on around the house. The timing's been consistent for it (goes down midday to early evening, comes back by late evening).

Tonight, because I'd been annoyed by not being able to go online with my computer (and had been using my phone anyway) I contacted my wireless provider to activate my phone's Mobile Hotspot feature (essentially making my phone into a wifi hotspot my computer could connect to). I get that done, move to connect, then find out that my home internet had just, at that moment, come back on.

My internet's a troll.
