Perverts.
On only my second story and I got featured, peaking at spot three and holding at spot four before finally dripping down the chart. It's like someone took that crap one night and threw it at the wall, but then when the hot summer day rolled over, it became a runny mess and slowly dribbled its way down.
I prefer to picture ice cream though. Moving on.
So now (at time of writing) I've got twenty-eight of you following me. Well, twenty-seven and a bot. I'm writing this to give you guys a quick rundown on what I'm planning to do, if you care to know. I know nobody reading really cares; I'm by far one of the 'lesser' writers in your watchlists.
[x] Anti-shipping/friendshipping (Spike, My Love! received more attention than I had anticipated. Felt mediocre to me, though I did learn from it. No regrets.)
[x] Shipping short (Show me, Don't Tell me made the feature box for a full two days and counting. Not even sure how to handle that.)
[ ] Multi-part comedy (Most of the way done. Only a for-sure three chapters left, along with any bonus chapters I decide to write for funsies.)
[ ] Discovery Adventure (An adventure focused on the development and learning of a character rather than their actions. Probably some pseudo-world-building. Hard to explain.)
[ ] Action Adventure (Gonna be intense. If I pull it off.)
[ ] The Big One (Assuming I'm satisfied with everything prior.)
I'm currently trying to write in a potpourri of genres to get a feel for what I'm best and worst at, as well as develop my writing skills along the way. This is all working towards a project I periodically dip into in the background, which I have been working on for a while idea-wise. My prior blog posts can provide more detail to those interested. We'll see if I get that far.
Speaking of seeing, thank you all for watching me. I really didn't expect to get any sort of following; I just wanted/needed an outlet for my idea press. On that note, there's a good chance I'll slip in some short stories that aren't one of the goals. It'll be a surprise! Here's hoping I can keep you entertained.
Also, ignore that dickhead SinMuerte. He's a friend and prereader joking around.
Now hes gone and ruined my fun
I wanted to continue to see how many people would fall for my shenanigans, but then he goes and reveals my intentions. Well i guess there's no reason I can't still do it to people not following him.

I really liked Show Me. Spike, My Love! was a bit rough, as you said, but I still enjoyed it.
