So, it's recently come to my attention that a lot of you guys are hoping for a harem ending. I'm not going to crush your dreams by saying that that's not going to happen, nor am I going to encourage them by saying that it's the most likely outcome. However, if you had to choose and ending that WAS NOT A HAREM ENDING FOR DAWNING REALITY, which ending would you prefer? Just out of curiosity, leave your desired ending in the comments below, and I'll read through every single one of them, although I probably won't reply to all of them.
And just keep this in mind... I've listened to my readers before, for those of you who have been around since the beginning of this story... Just saying...

Sparity! But do the harem anywyas.
Hmmmm. You know, outside of a Harem ending i'm not really sure what kind of shipping i'd want for this story. I've seen fics where Spike was with each of the Mane 6 separately, and they worked well enough to the point where i can honestly see him with any of those ponies and truly enjoy it as well. I don't think i've seen him paired with Derpy yet, but thus far she seems to be valuing his friendship over anything romantic, so i wouldn't be fussed either way.
Rarity seems to be doing some serious soul-searching right now. She's always been a favorite of mine for Spike, for much the same reasons that SocraticBrony listed, and it's obviously not going to work out with her last date. I'd mos def be happy with seeing a Sparity here.
Twilight is obviously head over heels with Spike. I've never really imagined Spike and Twilight as Brother/Sister (nor Mother/Son >_>). For me it's always been Librarian/Assistant and i've never had a problem with such a relationship becoming romantic. But, thus far Spike is highly on the fence about that as he has envisioned Twilight as a sibling here. If his feelings change on that, then i'd mos def love to see a Spilight here.
Pinkie Pie seems to have been to first to show any romantic feelings for Spike here. I've only seen a handful of stories with this pairing but the authors made them work and work well. She definitely left a good impression on Spike, so i'd totally be happy with a Spinkie Pike here.
Applejack seems to have wanted it more then anyone so far. Both she and Spike are naturally hard workers so i'd think they'd relate well to each other which could easily transform into something more if given the chance. Spike didn't say no, so i'd mos def like an AppleSpike here.
Which leaves Fluttershy and RainbowDash. Out of the two Pegasus, Fluttershy has admitted to herself that she loves the dragon. I can't recall Rainbow Dash doing the same though. Maybe i missed it or forgot. But, neither have caught up with and confessed to Spike yet, so i also don't know if he feels for them in such a way, which provides a bit of a conundrum.
That being said, until such time as any and all romance that may exist, or come to exist, between those 3 is more fully explored in the story i think i'll reserve any other thoughts on what kind of shipping, other then harem, i'd hope to see here.
I'd say Sparity. That's how you started, and that's how you should end. But do what you want. Pay no mind to what I say.
mmmmm to be honest , i really prefer Applespike xD , but meeh this fic its so awesome that its better to let u choice wich pairing is better that will be more interesing just keep writing pls D:
A harem would be the worst possible thing you could do to this story. But that's where I see it headed.
