OPAC: Cadences Final Judgement · 10:55am Jun 6th, 2013
So the latest chapter of OPAC is published and it left off with quite the cliffhanger. The reason for this is because, well, I'm happy with the story and its ending could go either way for me.
So I thought that since you guys are the ones enjoying this story of mine I believe the majority of you should get the basic ending you want.
So I'm asking here and now, and this WILL affect the outcome of the story, what do you think should happen to Cadence?
Should Chrysalis's final blow be a killer, or just knock Cadence out so they can find a way to save her from herself?
I basically know how have each path will be written if chosen so I leave up to you guys!
Tell me in the comments!
just knock cadence out and make a sequel where cadence is on the run while the others try to find a way to save her.
alternative banish her into the crystal heart and make a sequel 100-1000 years later with her return^^
I take the third option and say Nose Boop. Not only will this prove to Cadance that Chryssy is harmless, and that she was acting ridiculously childish, it will also begin to restore the original comedic tone of the fic and provide closure for the readers. Not to say there aren't serious consequences of course, but it would be best for the story if there is a reconciliation.
I say let Cadence save herself. I love her too much to want her dead.
i think knocking her out would be the best thing to do
I'd like to see both endings but to me the canon ending would be Cadance being knocked out and them saving her. Having Chrysalis kill her would be a huge change from her character up til now. Since when Cadance was reduced her coat and such changed that implies that the hold of the negative magic was broken and she can be saved.
I think it would be better if Cadance were only knocked out. Killing her would only inspire the others that share her hate fueled view of the Changelings. It would only inspire a cycle of further hate. Besides, death wouldn't be as dramatic as facing the consequences of her actions.
