So. 22 views on my fic · 1:31am Mar 25th, 2012
Maybe I should have adhered to Lucefudu's advice and send it in on Monday. Cause my fic I've worked so hard on has gotten less views than even my fic than Not Twilight in a 24 hour period, and Not Twilight I wrote in 20 minutes.
I need more watchers. I need to stop making blogs to vent my frustration. EqD needs to email me back about my fic. uuuggghhhh.

Man, I feel rude right now. You've been such a help to me, and up to now, I haven't even checked out your fics myself.
I'll go give this new one a read. In the meantime, why is Monday such a good day to post a fic, anyway?
Aaaaaand read it. Well, that looks like an okay start. Dark isn't really my genre, but at least you make a good effort on making the reader ask 'What is happening?', which is always good.
I noticed some awkward sentences here and there, though, in addition to a few other things I would have done differently. Want me to return a favour and give you some more in-depth comments through Google Docs?

Apparently it's good to send it in at a certain time on Monday cause it stays on the front page for about 8 hours. Also, don't feel bad about not checking out my stuff. I helped you out because I like to help people out and I find pre-reading fun, not because I want them to read my stuff! So don't worry about it.

44354 Well thank you. Just something I noticed on the first chapter though, the formatting is getting odd in some parts. Some parts are indented a little too far or it just looks weird. Probably just a few little errors, or you copy and pasted things from the doc I made into the actual story. Either way, I would get that checked out! I'll have the second chapter done probably in a few hours at the most. I'm working on a one shot based off a dream I had last night! I just HAD to write it down before I forgot about it!
44356 Yeah, the formatting is a problem. I uploaded it from a google doc of my own, and it came out like this. I've tried my best to brush it up a little, but I couldn't get it all right.
