1. all special moves require the possession of the oc's special weapon
2. all special moves require a massive amount of energy, takes 2 hours to recharge, and leave the oc temporarily helpless
3.all oc's are weak against the elements opposite what they control
4."BIG BANG" has a 24 hour cool-down
5. humans exist on the premise that they have slowly evolved into draconeqi and were hunted down to the point of practical extinction, , but some choice strands of humankind stayed back and evolved into Ifritii, which are extremely advanced humans that have nigh unrivaled skill in combat and metallic skin that is stronger than iron
6. all special weapons, except thunderheade, are yet to be decided and are open to artistic input/brainstorming

These are good but it will be a long time until someone uses your OC's. The reason is that no one is looking for any fighters at the moment.
