Brony, can you spare a cuppa Time? · 3:30pm Mar 23rd, 2012
Because really, I've got the ideas, I've got the inspiration, I've even got scenes mapped out in my head... but I also have had, on average, a fifty-plus-hour work week to deal with. "Once in a Blue Moon" is not being shelved, I want to state that emphatically, I just have not had the time to properly sit down and write anything that I would consider publishable. After several abortive attempts, that means I need to sit back and think a little about where I'm going with it.
I've also had a couple of other ideas sneak in, and so odds are I'll be putting out a short-ish story, maybe three to four chapters tops, called "Spectrum of the Sky." If you're reaching for the Kleenex box in an undeniably manly fashion by the end of it, I will consider it to be good work.
And now, back to the phones. Which reminds me, "Thank You For Calling" is also still in progress. Either Thank You or Spectrum will be coming out soonish.
Had to google Kleenex to see what you meant ,so i guess its a clopfic or a very very sad-fic more likely 2nd one.

Nah, I'm unlikely to ever do a clopfic. They have their place, but I'm just not comfortable with the idea of writing one myself.
I will give you a hint on Spectrum, though: It's not going to be grim -- well, okay, yeah, it'll be sad, but we're not talking "Grim blackbearded blackness of the darkgrimblack hollowdark of my empty soul," here. More a vision of the future, shall we say, and how some of our favorite players on the Equestrian stage deal with the things that time's inexorable passage brings with it.
