Fickle Writer is Fickle

So I was on my way home yesterday, when I got bored and decided to play a story game with my aunt.

Long story short, it ended up sounding pretty awesome, so I decided to write it down and turn it into a one-shot, thereby pushing my Phantasy Star fic onto the back burner. I wish to strike at the metaphorical iron while it's still white-hot.

It'll be pretty short, maybe a little more than 3k-4k words, but I think you'll appreciate me giving you guys a break from, "Oh, I'll have something for you... later...ish?" Granted, the details of the story are still a little fuzzy, but they're more concrete than my other fic, so that's a plus... I guess.
Just gotta hash out the finer details, put some meat on the bones of the story, then it should be good to go.

Thanks for being patient with me. I know I'm a pretty indecisive person and can be very fickle, and for that, I do apologize. All I ask for now is that you continue to bear with me until I finally shit out this one-shot. Not gonna set a date, though. That would only serve to get your hopes up just to have them dashed (pun intended ). I don't wanna be a douche like that, so I won't.
