The pollen here is SO bad. Every single year around this time I get sick, and it's really cutting into my creative energy and motivation. I'm one of those people with chronic asthma, runny nose, and stingy eyes. Lungs are especially tender.
I have not started progress on Ch. 4 yet, unfortunately. It's the one chapter of the first arc that I'm not particularly sure how I want to handle. I don't know, maybe when pollen season ends I can get back into the swing of things...
On a side note, I've begun work on a different story. This one is written in first person and features a much darker tone. Not really the jump-scare kind of dark, but the kind of subtle, profound creepiness you get from playing Silent Hill. I figured I'd try my hand at something different, at any rate. Also, I'm wanting to start an open-world collaboration story involving the curio shop pony from Magic Duel. I call him Odsin Ends, after someone on dA gave it to him ~
I want this one to have more friendly, slice of life tone. Kinda modeled after season one MLP, but with a mature life lesson at the end.
