    New story! Kinda.

Haven't posted anything for a while. That IS true, but that doesn't mean I haven't been writing.

If you look at the featured box right now, there's a story up there, you'll see a little thing called Thicker Than Water.

    H-o-o-o-o-rse

The first few weeks of school have been pretty challenging. Between athletics, academics, and everything else crammed into one life sandwich, the only time I've had to write is at 11:30 at night, which coincidentally is when I'm completely exhausted.

I've written maybe 2k words in the past three weeks. Maybe when I get back into my groove, I can maybe pump out a few more words.
    But still:

    I'm back.

God, it feels good to be in my desk chair again. I still feel like I'm still stuck on that plane.

Fortunately, that day-spanning flight from Honolulu to D.C. gave me time to think of new ideas and such that I'll incorporate into the next three stories I'm writing!

So, how about you guys? Anything go down here while I was gone?

Fauster's Home for Imaginary Friendships · 6:07pm Apr 21st, 2013

I was re-watching a few episodes of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends yesterday on NetFlix. There was no real reason for watching this, except to maybe re-live some old nostalgia about watching the show when I was younger. Who doesn't love early 2000's-style animation?

And so I watched. I started with the pilot, of course. House of Bloos. In it, after Bloo drags Mac to the Home, they are given a tour by Wilt, the tall, red, rag-doll basketball star. Cycling through all the aspects of the house, he comes across a cadre of horses, which he describes as:

Wilt: we've got ones with horns, ones with wings, ones with horns AND wings, and ones with horns and wings that can talk.
Horse: Hi.

A CROSSOVER!

Even if I don't write many crossovers, it would still be a good idea. How would Twilight react to having to give up Smarty Pants? The mere idea of living imaginary friends alone is enough to set aflame any decent writer's mind. I'm gonna try to put something together from this. Maybe after I finish the stuff I'm working on.

Food for thought.

EDIT: Who the FUCK unfollowed me? What did I do?
