It surprised me too when I first thought of it. I literally hadn't even considered it until Tuesday as I was writing it. I was having a bit of a writer's block. I really haven't thought most of the details of this story through, I've been making it up as I go. So when the idea of bringing Sombra into the picture popped into my head, I nearly exploded with excitement.
I'm glad it brought positive feedback. I was kind of worried that you guys would think it was an incredibly stupid idea, but I'm really glad that it all clicked together. So again, I must thank you all.
Pictures from the Crystal Mountain Ponycon will be here soon. I'm waiting for my buddy Jake to email me all the pictures he took. The con was really fun, but pretty strange for me too. It was my first convention and I didn't really know what to do there other than shop. Its tough being a good-looking nerd, because when we do go to these things, we feel out of place and right at home at the same time. Nevertheless, I am now out over $250, and knee-deep in pony merch.

Also, my little brother got a hug from Rina-Chan, which was really cool. Mucho man points for him. Here's the video. The guy with the Rarity ears holding the camera is Jake, and the guy with the spiky hair and the Pinkie Pie ears is yours, truly.

Unfortunately, no. This was a local Utah convention, so only minor celebrities were there from youtube or other fan made stuff. If this was a national thing like Bronycon, then there would've been the show's voice actors there and it would've been in either California or New York.
