Magical Mystery Cure alternate Mane Six pasts
In the episode Magical Mystery Cure, the season 3 finally (which desperately needed to be a two part), the Mane Six switch cutie marks.
They each get the following (though if you don't know this, why are you reading this)
Rainbow Dash -> Fluttershy
Fluttershy -> Pinkie Pie
Pinkie Pie -> Applejack
Applejack -> Rarity
Rarity -> Rainbow Dash
Twilight retains her own
Twilight fixes it, and everything is fine and dandy (until Twilight disappears into a limbo world with Celestia, and comes back an ALICORN, but that's unimportant).
Personally, I like the episode, though I can see why it is so controversial, and I personally believe it should have been a two part (then again, I thought The Best Night Ever should have been a two part, so who cares what I think), but that's not why I'm writing this. I was thinking (AGAIN, I know, I've got a problem), and I came to a conclusion. I am a strong believer of the Multiverse Theory, the theory that there are an infinite number of universes, one for every possibility, and one for every non-possibility. This means that whoever the alternate Mane Six we saw actually exist in some universe. So I thought of quick back-stories for each of them. Sadly, I haven't thought of a way to connect each of their back-stories together, Sonic Rainboom style, but I like how they have turned out (except for Twilight, her back-story still seems to be lacking, so I'm still working on hers). [Note: I got the idea to do this after reading the fic Unforeseen Consequences, by Chocovich (http://www.fimfiction.net/story/86705/unforeseen-consequences), so I wrote these to mesh with the story that fic states. Specifically Pinkie's. As the story continues, and I continue reading it, I will change this to fit it, because why not.]
Rainbow Dash
Race with colts (sonic rainboom) scheduled one day later
Different air patterns, she bounces off the air instead of rainboom
Crashes into ground
Refuses to return to Cloudsdale
Finds new home in Ponyville
Sees abandoned pet, cares for it
Gets Fluttershy's cutie mark
Opens cottage near Ponyville to care for animals
Fluttershy
Defended by Rainbow
After race fail, makes offhoof comment
Colts find it funny, and she says different offhoof comment
Colts find her funny
She enjoys new attention, starts making jokes
She becomes popular
Gets Pinkie's cutie mark
Gets job in Ponyville bakery
Side job as comedian/party planner
Pinkie
Misses rainboom (didn't happen)

Becomes Pregnant

Misses rainboom (didn't happen)
Sees stallion carrying heavy package
Assists stallion
Stallion turns out to be Hoity Toity, new to fashion, not yet big

Teaches her the fashion trade
Gets Rarity's cutie mark
Later starts own business in Ponyville

Rainboom never cracks rock
Gives up on fashion
At play, pegasus from weather-crew has to check on daughter
Daughter was injured in a crash at school (Rainbow Dash)
Missing pegasus can't stop rainstorm from Everfree Forest
Rarity stops storm with magic

Gets Rainbow Dash's cutie mark
Joins Ponyville weather team
Twilight Sparkle
Never causes SUPER MAGIC MAELSTROM (no rainboom)
Gets frustrated, and sets cart on fire on accident
Dragon Egg hatches (due to heat, which is what is naturally required for a dragon egg to hatch)
Joins Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns
Teachers find her dangerously powerful and incapable of controlling her magic
Celestia has her tested, then takes her on as private pupil, to teach her advanced magic, and how to control herself
Trixie feels outdone and jealous of her academy "friend"
Duels her
Twilight wins through intellect and sheer magic power
Wins without hurting her
Gets Cutie Mark
Goes to Ponyville for Summer Sun Celebration
(I don't like Twilight's story, and I will fix it if I come up with something better.)
Later they become the Elements of Harmony... etc. You know what happens from here... mostly...
[Note: They have COMPLETELY different personalities from our universe's Mane Six, as their lives changed when they were still developing themselves. When they transferred to our universes Mane Six, their memories and cutie marks were brought here, but they retained their own personalities and skills, which was why the acted like the Mane Six we know while thinking they were someone else, as well as why the failed miserably at their believed tasks, as they didn't have the skills they were used to have. Twilight replacing their respective elements sent their memories and cutie marks back to them, just as our Mane Six's Cutie Marks and Personalities were likely sent back to us by their Twilight replacing their respective elements. Our universe and their universe collided, and parts of the Bearers of the Elements of Harmony got jumbled up between the two universes. The only explanation there is to why any of this is is that its Magic.]
