The Corruption of the Elements

I was thinking recently about how Celestia used the elements on Nightmare Moon. "How is it possible that she used ALL of them at the same time?" is a question many, including me, have asked. However, I realized that it is not out of the question for her to use them all, but more unusual thought for Luna and her to activate them alone.

Who were the other elements?

There had to have been more, but if we assume they were from when Celestia and Luna were young, what happened to the others?

Then again, Luna turned evil, so can we rule that out? This is my idea

The original Bearers of the Elements of Harmony

Magic Princess Celestia
Loyalty Princess Luna
Kindness Princess Cadance
Laughter Discord
Honesty Queen Chrysalis
Generousity King Sombra

I don't know what their original names were, but it fits. Please stick with me, I'll explain.

Magic to Celestia as she is incredibly magically powerful (moves-the-ENTIRE-SUN-on-a-daily-basis kind of powerful), as well as skilled enough to teach the new Element of Magic how to use magic.

Loyalty to Luna because she sticks with Celestia no matter what (and because It fits with my argument below).

Kindness to Cadance as she gave her love to save Canterlot (and because she's Cadance; No one's kinder than Cadance except Fluttershy [maybe]).

Past that, the argument is flawed by the whole EVIL thing... except that Discord has already proven he can corrupt the current Bearers.

Discord corrupted the current Element Bearers, leaving them the polar opposite of their given attribute.

Discord seems to be drunk on his own power, so what would there be stopping him from corrupting the other Bearers... for a laugh? He is all about amusing himself, thinking nothing of those he hurts in the process.

Element of Honesty turned into the ultimate double-crosser. Chrysalis.

Element of Generousity turned into a greedy, heartless beast, out to enslave and torture those around him simply for the love of power and wealth. Sombra.

Element of Loyalty... turned on her very own sister in a jealous rage, not thinking of those she protects, and only of herself. Nightmare Moon.

Discord corrupted the Element Bearers, leaving them the polar opposite of their given attribute.

It would also explain why the Elements turned him to stone. Once he corrupted the original Bearers, as long as they were corrupted, he would have their power, making him stronger. It was already established that he was the most powerful of the ancients, so adding the power of Chrysalis and Sombra, and possibly even Luna, who he likely planted the seed of corruption in before his imprisonment, made him stronger than the remaining elements, preventing him from being reverted to his original state.

Either that, or the old phrase worked; "Absolute power corrupts absolutely." Perhaps, by the time he had collected the power, his corruption was so absolute that even the Elements of Harmony couldn't take away his chaos, leaving only imprisonment as an option.

One worse question; If he were to escape again what would be keeping him from using his powers to finish his corruption?

Re-corrupt Luna.

Bleeding Heart

We never see Celestia in Se.2 Ep.1&2 after the Mane Six leave to the maze until near the end.

How do we know Discord hasn't planted the same seed again?

So, in conclusion, Discord was the original Element of Laughter, gone mad with power, and he corrupted the Elements of Honesty (Chrysalis), Generousity (Sombra), and Loyalty (Luna), and may have corrupted Celestia, the original Element of Magic, without our knowledge.
