I've seen quite a few stories -both written and drawn - involving this couple. I have to say, I'm a pretty big supporter of it, even though I don't feel I have enough grasp of the character of the Doctor to write for them.
One thing I've noticed in a great deal of discussion about the shipping is the differing viewpoints on whether or not Doctor WHooves - with the persona of The Doctor as a pony - could actually manage to have a relationship like that. While any number of things could argue one way or another on nearly all the points - everything from the Doctor's reluctance to staying in one place to whether or not they could make a good match - one point I've noticed is a real sticky wicket with a lot is the old objection many have against any imortal/mortal shipping. If the Doctor and Derpy did settle down together, what happens when Derpy eventually dies of old age?
I...actually wrote a song about it, although I don't have music for it. It's kind of sung from the Doctor's perspective, post Derpy. I call it 'One Heart Out of Tune'.

I just wanted to share that song with everyone here. If...if any of my followers - or really, anyone who reads this - has any skill in composing, I'd love to hear this put to music.
Wish i had a singing voice but I don't. However I could see Prince Whatever singing this. I think you should atempt to show him this. He is a huge fan of Derpy and I could see him liking this alot. IDK. I wish i could be of more help. The song looks amazing. I hope that it eventually it gets sung by someone.
