Author's Update: A Few Bits Short, Chapter 6 · 5:21pm Mar 4th, 2013
Hello everypony,
I'm sure you are all eagerly awaiting the next (and I think final) installment of A Few Bits Short. I don't like keeping ponies in the dark, so thought I would let you all know what's up.
Short version: I haven't started it yet, and it may take a while longer.
Longer version:
Life has been insanely busy for me the past few weeks, thanks to a company 'reorganization'. While my job is (very thankfully) safe (I think), a few of my coworkers unfortunately were not. That means that all their work has been consolidated onto me and the few (read: one) other copywriters left in the department. I have been pulling a lot of long hours writing basically non-stop, and by the time I get home, I'm usually too drained and stressed out to even think about attempting Chapter 6. I am committed to finishing it of course; I just have not had the time to get to it yet and I am waiting for things to settle down at work, which could take some time.
Thank you all for your support, it's been a pleasure writing for all of you and I hope to be able to get back to it soon!

Yeah, it seems this time of year is crazy - in many places!
