    EGH! I HATE WHEN THIS HAPPENS!! i try to do more than chapters a month but thats all that ever comes into my head, i wish i could just figure out how to think of new things, sigh, this is just incredibly troublesome

The basic rule is to distract yourself from your thoughts...and after you took some time off not thinking about anything story-related THEN try if it works any easier.
I watch a new movie or play some games if music doesn't cut it. *nudge nudge, wink wink*
