In short I'm running into the same problem with their scenes as with the Doctor scenes in part 1. I'm mimicking the script of the original episode far too much for my liking. So I'm re-doing those scenes from scratch except for the Doctor's scenes.
In other news, the unlikely source of Whose Line is it Anyway? may have helped me flesh out a Sweetie Belle fic idea I've been kicking around.
Also, after watching "Games Ponies Play," am I the only one who thought of the tourist pony possibly being a Doctor Whooves companion? Her dialogue suggests she likes to travel a lot, and while claustrophobic, the Doctor has the TARDIS, which is very very big on the inside compared to the out.
One thing I forgot to mention originally: Tuesday's episode of a podcast I listen to, The Brian & Jill Show , had "Granny Smith" as the answer to a question in a trivia game they do at the end of every episode (specifically the brand apples our Granny is named after).
Logic... it's a brilliant thing. CHICKADEE IS NOW OFFICIALLY A WHOOVES COMPANION!!
