822486 Oh! I read it now. For your following war, I have a friend on here who is only followed by me so far, Solar Twister. It's only one person, but it will help. Dig around for all the undiscovered people. Follow every username that pops up, then go in your rival's (for the follow war) list and add all them people.
That's what I would do.

What do you think I did (going to other people's profiles and following everyone there)? The problems are: 1. There's a ten second delay between being able to follow people and 2. There's a limit to watching two hundred people a day. Both are very irritating.
