As much as I hate to admit it...I am horrible at coming up with OC names (It took me almost three weeks to come up with Laughing Stock...he was Mic Stand for the longest time
)
Anyway, one main character is a stallion who is a journalist. He is very determined, creative and fairly naive. He is young and very eager to make his mark in the world. He has also been known to make really lame jokes and mouth off occasionally (sound familiar?
The other is a saloon mare. She has a "street name" which I have already, but no idea what to use for her real name. She is the opposite of her stallion counterpart. She angers easily, is very tough, and prefers to shoot first and ask questions later. She comes off bitchy, but its only because she has had a lot of difficulties in her life.
Name suggestions anyone? And color combination suggestions would help a bunch.
Quick Wit for the stallion maybe?
Also, salon or saloon? Hair Trigger?

And hip shot because that's what it is, in the field when you don't have enough time to take aim or properly line up a shot, hipshots are what you do when you have to just fire and run or hope for the best.
I have an OC reporter character of my own for an epic fic I'm working on about Cloudsdale's first unsanctioned vigilante team. I named her Gale Aubergine Mezzo, in reference to a specific character in Parks and Rec, a crazy reporter lady. Her name in the show is Joan Callamezzo. Callamezzo -> Gale A. Mezzo.
