    Wow... Been a long time

I had left the site, along with my friend All American (Author of Devil's Due and Devil's Regret), and did so because I felt my writing was not good. That, and that I felt better as an editor. Not to mention all the changes that the site has gone through since I started on here in the 8th grade. Though I feel that maybe I could come out of 'retirement'. I have a few ideas that I will be

    I'm not dead. See?

The chains in the dark, cobblestone cell rattled as the lavender Alicorn struggled to move. The tears she had been shedding were the only proof that remained to show she was still feeling emotions. It had been days, weeks, months, years, she lost track. All she knew was that her friends and family would be outside fighting to save the world.

I am ending this. I am going to write an ending. Three chapters have been completed, and the final is in the works. It may or may not leave for a sequel, but hey, it's not like I'd finish it without collabing with someone.

    Villain Archtypes

The TYRANT: the bullying despot, he wants power at any price. He ruthlessly conquers all he surveys, crushing his enemies beneath his feet. People are but pawns to him, and he holds all the power pieces. Hesitate before getting in this man’s way – he’ll think nothing of destroying you.

Nox's Lament (WIP) · 11:19pm Jan 30th, 2013

Nox looked at his sister. She was back to her normal self... But... She wasn’t moving. He thought stabbing the scroll into her would revert her, just like it would’ve reverted his love, Ember... But when it came to it, he chose Red... Why wasn’t she moving?
Then, it hit him. “...No...’
“Yes.” Said ‘Ember’, looking at him with a wicked smile, The Darkness’ tendril-creatures poised to strike. “She’s dead. And YOU killed her. Thank you.”
Nox looked between the corpse of his beloved sister, and his demon-turned love... “...Red...” He whispered to himself.
‘Ember’ was merrily trotting around the two, smiling as the tendrils attempted to eat away Nox’s heart. “She would have surely sent me to hell, or destroyed me completely. And you stopped that. Again, I must thank you.”
Nox took his sister’s corpse into his hooves, holding her close, feeling all his emotions drift away. “...I don’t care...”
The demon stopped in front of him, allowing one of the tendrils to rip through Nox’s flesh, stealing away his heart... “And now, I shall dominate this world. No one will be safe, all will die. Women, children... And it’s all because of you.”
“I DON’T CARE!” He shouted back, using the Royal Canterlot voice.
The demon lost her smile at this. Before her sat the stallion who devoted his time to protecting the world. And yet, she sensed nothing inside of him. It was as if he was an empty shell of his former self. “...You really don’t feel anything, do you?”
“...You’ll find no pleasure in me, demon...” Nox replied, his hole already beginning to repair itself as he lifted his sister’s corpse onto his back.
Just as he started walking, a light erupted from the doorway, causing a shriek from the demon. Vinyl was glowing in her red aura, looking upon the scene before her. “...We’ll fix her. Don’t worry.”
His reply wasn’t as empty as everything else... This one he meant with all of his being. “...I want her to suffer.”
“She will, trust me...” Was Vinyl’s reply as Nox walked past her, keeping his bare expression.

The wails of a broken stallion could be heard from majority of Haven. But he didn’t care anymore. His sister was dead. And he was her murderer. He didn’t know it would kill her. He just... He acted, thinking he could somehow save them both... Oh how wrong he was.
The door opened to reveal Vinyl, putting on her best understanding expression. “...I know you’re grieving, we all do... You’re not exactly quiet...”
Nox shook his head, “...I... I’ve stopped caring anymore... Nothing... That’s all I feel...”
She cleared her throat to prepare to speak, “...Yes, well... Ember’s back to normal... Mostly...” He looked at her confusedly, “...Her mind has suffered some damage... And we weren’t able to fix it... But we were hoping you could...”
“...And why should I...?”
“...Because you need to stop moping, even if it just happened. There’s a chance you can get your Ember back. Don’t you want that?” Vinyl shot back.
He sighed. He did want that, but after all that’s happened... “...Fine. I’ll... I’ll help her...”
“Good. Maybe she can help you to stop grieving...” She said as she turned and walked away, leaving him to continue to wail for an hour more.

The halls of the cloud fortress seemed even darker than they actually were. His body told him to just lay down and attempt to die, something he wished he could do. If only his sister hadn’t persuaded him into drinking that potion... His sister. The exact topic he wished to stay away from, which was the cause of his plight. Why her? Why him? Why their whole family?
Throughout time, their family had been known to have the worst luck. The only exception seemed to be Dusk... Who made the potion in the first place. But he shared their endless life just as Nox and his sister were supposed to, even if they both were Alicorns. The Lazarus potion extended that. Forcing their wounds to heal, their missing parts to recreate themselves, and making them live through being ripped apart.
But he felt no anger. Only sorrow. And when he finally approached Ember’s room, he found it hard to walk in. This was the love of his life, yet she was also the cause of so much. If she hadn’t been chosen by The Darkness, all of this wouldn’t have happened... Red would still be alive...
He forced himself in.

Ember laid in her bed, looking around at her hospital room. She couldn’t remember much of what happened, but knew it was bad. All she could remember were the ponies, not the events. She felt sorrowful for her friend Red, even more so for Nox, whom she shared multiple emotions for. She loved Nox, yet the more she thought about him, the more sad she felt for him. Why couldn’t she remember...?
Her attempts to recollect the incident of which she knew nothing of were futile, but she found herself gladly stopping them as Nox trotted in. His expression was a mix of blank and pained, as if he didn’t want to be here... And it made her feel worse for him.
He took a seat in the chair to the left of her hospital bed. She tried to give him a comforting smile, “Hey Nox.”
He merely nodded, looking everywhere but her. It took a while, but he finally spoke. “...What do you remember?”
She made one more attempt to remember anything of the past few hours... Or days... Months... She had no idea. “...Nothing, actually...” Surveying her surroundings during another round of silence, she noticed that a good friend of her’s was missing. “...Where’s Red?”
The reaction from Nox was not what she expected. He was never one to cry. Never one to show any sorrowful expression, only seriousness or comfort. Even when he found out that Shyvanna, Ember’s mother, had died, he still tried to make her feel better. Even if it was awhile ago.
He just sat there, silently crying in her presence... She was right. Something had happened, and if it made him like this... “...Nox... What happened?”
The pain could be easily traced in his voice, as well as the tears from his eyes. “...S-She’s.... She’s dead... And... A-And...”
She wanted to get up and hug him, tell him it will be okay, as he’d done for many others... But she blanked out, yet again. When she came to, she forced herself to remember the past few minutes. “...And?” She asked hesitantly, afraid of his answer.
“...A-And...” He closed his eyes, trying to stop himself from bawling in front of her. “...I-I killed h-her...” But after admitting this, his tears resumed at a stronger force. He and his sister were close. Closer than Ember could ever hope to be with Nox. And for him to say that he killed her...
“...Why would you... Just.... Why...?” She was shocked, to say the least.

Just something to prove I still exist. A new story is on its way. Huh? What's that? I always post stories but have only finished about two or three? Sorry to hear that. It's not my fault my mind wanders too much and I lose interest unless working with someone to keep things interesting. But this one... I like it. I've thought it through. Well, not Nox's Lament. This is just a scene from an RP I did with a friend. Picture EVERYTHING you knew about MLP... And completely destroy it. We are the anti-christ's of Canon.

Oh wow, I have to say that out of all the writings I've seen you do this was one of the best ones! I really liked it, and you executed it very well to boot! I think it was a very nice little read overall.
