Weaving the threads of plot

Chapter 2 of E4E is going to be delayed for quite some time. Not because I don't have the time to write it; it is, in fact, already done. You may be wondering, quite justifiably, why I haven't released it yet. The answer is that the information revealed in it is integral to the remainder of the story, and I want to be sure that I can satisfactorily tie up any plot threads before I set it in stone. As such, I want to write out most of the rest of the story before I publish anything further. The upshot of this is that, while Chapter 2 will take a while, the next few will be much quicker. Chapter 3, for example, is already about halfway done.
