Okay so you guys have noticed a distinct lack of updates to my fic right? Well the truth is that I HAVE been working on it, but this chapter is an addendum of sorts - it was never meant to be a part of the fic when I conceived of the idea. That's not a bad thing in the least, but it's remarkably hard for me to write something that wasn't in my original outline. Call this one practice and you guys are gonna need to tell me what you think. Fair warning - a lot of the ideas expressed in this chapter go against what is usually accepted in the fannon.
Also, I have a new editor now so thanks to him for putting up with me! He's been a huge help for me to get stuff sorted out, and he has a keen eye for catching my screwups.
Having said all of that, I'm hoping to put the finishing touches on chapter 4, post it and get a good start on chapter 5 in the next few days. I'm going to be house-sitting for my sister while she and her fiance are on a cruise, so I'll have lots of time
