I need help with google docs on my iPhone!! · 6:50am Jan 22nd, 2013
As I am now revealing to you all. I have been using my iPhone to edit, type and basically do all my fanfics, that is why I am needing help with google docs. I got somebody who would be willing to edit but I don't know how to send google docs, I need help. Thank you and have a nice day.
I'm pretty sure there's a Docs app for iPhone. I use Android myself so I don't have any idea how to use it, but I'm almost positive a decent app exists.
If possible, you might want to look into using some other method of writing. Mobile interface isn't as intuitive as a computer's, but I understand that this is a necessary evil for some authors.
By the way, welcome to our group.
742787 I just figured it out, if you like you could help edit the fic I'm currently on. https://docs.google.com/document/d/15upffPDBwnjc7wcVfjBhqQ1wIP_ewHMIe710VGKvMv0/edit? Here's the link to it.
743023 Anything you want me to edit should be done by posting a thread in our group. That helps me keep things organized (since I edit for quite a few people) and also allows others in the group to join in and offer you advice. I'm having a hard enough time keeping things straight as it is.
Sorry for making you jump hoops, but I only edit outside the group for a few select people who I worked with before starting the group in the first place. The group's introductory page has the gist of what we're looking for. It's not the most efficiently worded thing in the world, but I've found that people always try to relax and make things less formal than they're presented, so if I hit hard with something that sounds like tax law... we slide back right into the nice mix of informality and functionality that I'm actually shooting for.
Whatever you decide, good luck.
