A potential Gary Stu adversion

One of the readers has made me aware of the Gary Stu implications of my main character. While I personally see the character as much deeper, it made me realize I haven't given him proper characterization here to stop him from being one. I will be rewriting sections of the existing chapters to deepen his personality as well as clarify his background, hopefully clearing up any glaring questions that people have had but haven't asked yet (as well as one that has, and I've only answered in the comments section as opposed to the text) I'll be keeping the current chapters up, and marking them as prior versions, at least until the new chapters are ready. Any thoughts on what should be included would be extremely helpful, as I'll have trouble sorting out what to say without giving too much of a recap of the books I haven't written yet that would precede these.
