The Bacchanalia, a tradition not observed in a thousand years, comes with another: The Bacchanalia Ball. Taking place the night before the change of the seasons, ponies would gather at the old castle and celebrate, not knowing of the deeds to be performed the next night.

Yes, this is what I've been ignoring my fanfiction writing for. 
I have another piece in the works that is much larger and complex. Just thought I'd throw something out there in the meantime.
