I admit, I've been stuck for a while now. I sat down at my computer, and I had no idea what to write- everything seemed wrong, led to nowhere. I would spend hours fruitlessly procrastinating. The dreaded Writer's Block had gripped me, and it had gripped me hard. The impending fact of exams looming ever closer did nothing to help me relax and get over it. For Poison Fangs, Scaly Tails and Enlightening Circumstances (Which I haven't forgotten) , all, it seemed, was lost.
However! Today, I sat down, and on a whim, looked back at my story comments, and seeing all those people who actually enjoyed what I was writing, enjoying my work, rekindled my writing spark. I got up, hand on my heart, and swore to myself: 'With god as my witness, I will write something!'. (Disclaimer: I didn't actually say that. But I should have.) Be aware: the muse has struck me, and I have written more today than in the past few months combined. I'm back, baby. Let's just hope I haven't gotten rusty...and that you haven't given up on me.
