Context on Unseen Characters

So I recently had somebody who had just finished reading the Everfree Island arc of the story, and mentioning they had absolutely no idea who Biff, Rogue, or Withers were, especially because they were one of the few characters I had not depicted anywhere in the drawings. But to give you context, they're these three stallions seen here:

Were you able to understand who I was referring to, given how I specifically had them mention they were once Dr. Caballeron's henchponies?

I do know who they were and who you were referring too. I will be reading the previous chapters because my life's been messy and I will find the time soon to read them.
