What Do Twilight Velvet And Night Light Do?

Twilight Sparkle’s parents, the two responsible for sending her to the School For Gifted Unicorns where she was met with the rainbow beam of friendship outside the window to supercharge her magic, leading to her saving Equestria.

While footnotes to us, the audience, they’re family, and probably a couple of the most precious ponies to her, Shining, and Spike.

Which leads me to ask what the heck they did for a living.

Did they do magical research? Run a flower shop? Plan bi-annual charity events?

I just find myself extremely curious about it all for absolutely no reason in particular.
