Ok, what's the deal with anon?

I don't know if you've been paying attention lately, but it seems to me we have a bit if an anon infection in the featured list, for like the past month or so, probably longer havent paid too much attention, it's been nonstop anon story after anon story, with like 7 of the 10 featured spots being taken by an anon story, what's the deal? Why are they so prevalent all of a sudden? Am I the only one to notice this?

I'm getting tired enough that im beginning to write my own anon story addressing this.

Watch as it doesn't get featured, heh, would just be my luck.

Anon was always a character that got you featured easily, it's more that for a while specific authors are the ones publishing a lot of stories using him.
