Friendship is Worth It - Main Story Chapter Summaries · 10:06pm January 24th

I've decided to make this page to help you keep track of the mainline stories in the Friendship is Worth It series, since I tend to make them pretty long.
"Why not add in chapter summaries for the other stories (When Life Gives You Snow..., What Mistakes Tell Us, etc.)?"
This blog post will be long enough on account of the main stories as it is!
Plus, since they are side stories, they are built to be shorter and easier to follow.
So, here are the summaries! New ones will be added soon after new chapters are released. Expect more mainline stories to be added here in the future! 
Prologue Part #1 - The Talk
- After the Battle of the Bands, the Canterlot Movie Club clears the air with Sunset Shimmer.
Prologue Part #2 - The Song
- While trying to decide on their next moves, the CMCs are invited to listen to the Rainbooms' newest song.
Prologue Part #3 - The Dream
- A shared dream and a personal investigation push the CMCs to make a life-changing vow.
Chapter #1 - The Call to Crusade!
- The kids explain their mission to the Rainbooms and jump head-first into helping the school.
Chapter #2 - The Odd Melodious Pair
- The CMCs accept an old offer by visiting DJ-P0N3 and Octavia Melody.
Chapter #3 - Of Family and Mail
- After Scootaloo spends time with her family, Derpy makes a memorable appearance at the Apple household.
Chapter #4 - Shimmer Tales: A Magical Land
- While Sunset is paying the CMCs a visit, they express their interest in getting to know her. What they get is far more than what they expected!
Chapter #5 - A Great and Powerful Performance
- Trixie Lulamoon reluctantly calls for the CMCs to help her with one of her shows. Things don't go the way the kids expect.
Chapter #6 - Animal Antics
- The CMCs are tasked with helping Fluttershy and their sisters manage the animal shelter. Results vary between each pair of siblings.
Chapter #7 - Our Kin Part 1: The Honest Apple
- After taking stock of their list, the CMCs spend quality time with their sisters. Apple Bloom and Applejack, in particular, spend their time working as only Apples can.
Prologue - To Plant a Seed
- Abacus Cinch visits the Fillydelphia Juvenile Detention Center to speak with an infamous inmate.
Chapter 1 - As the Sun Rises...
- Sunset Shimmer wakes up early for a change and gets an unexpected visit from her best friends.
Chapter 2 - Cleaning House
- The band investigates Sunset's house to prepare for the work ahead. They do not like what they find down in the basement.
Chapter 3 - The Other Bad Girl
- After calling up the CMCs, the girls get Sunset's stuff out of the house and make their way to Sugarcube Corner. The return of Gilda, however, opens up old wounds.
Chapter 4 - A Night of Awesomeness
- Sunset enjoys her first night at Rainbow Dash's house.
Chapter 5 - Movie Day and Garden of Smiles
- Sunset catches one of the CMCs' movie screenings. Later on, Wallflower Blush, with the other Rainbooms baring witness, faces the side of Pinkie that does not laugh.
Chapter 6 - Rarity's Question
- After a moment's reprieve, Rarity relates to Wallflower her own thoughts on their shared past in a most dramatic fashion.
Chapter 7 - Journal Talk and Club Business
- Sunset updates Princess Twilight Sparkle on recent events.
Chapter 8 - Work and Play
- While Sunset is playing games with classmates, the Rainbooms and CMCs work together to get the renovation of her house off to a good start.
Chapter 9 - Investigation and Reflection
- The Wrecker tries to learn more about Sunset Shimmer, while the Rainbooms partake in one of their most important friendship rituals.
Chapter 10 - Of Houses and Crusades
- The CMCs, Octavia, DJ-P0N3, and Rainbooms discuss their next moves concerning Operation: Sunhouse and the Great Crusade, only for terrible news to come banging on their door.
Chapter 11 - A Club Provoked. A Friend Down River.
- The girls learn about Gilda's recent antics and comfort one of their own. After that, they pay a visit to a Wondercolt who lives a very different life from theirs.
Chapter 12 - A Matter of Mind and Spirit
- The girls and Tree Hugger have a frank discussion about the Rainbooms' mental health situation.
Chapter 13 - A Look Inside
- Following Tree Hugger's guidance, the Rainbooms, Octavia, and DJ-P0N3 let themselves have a glimpse at what's going on inside of their beings. They'll never forget what they saw that day.
Chapter 14 - School Twists
- After Applejack spends her evening reflecting on the past, our fab girls head on over to school bright and early, which gives Twilight the chance to reveal her newest invention! After that, they go on to... wait, new students?!
Chapter 15 - CHS Affairs and the Work Ahead
- Sunset and the CMCs give the new students a tour of CHS. After that, plans for the future are set into motion.
Chapter 16 - Communication and Revelation
- Our fab girls have a chat with Luna, Rarity welcomes Coco into her shop, Twilight and the CMCs make their move, and Gilda gives the Rainbooms quite the shock.
Chapter 17 - Griffon the Reality Check
- After meeting the full Griffon roster, the Rainbooms and CMCs figure out their moves, Gilda chats with her flock, and The Wrecker shuts a fool up.
