Well, yes actually.

Aha, I've tricked you with my devious nature, into looking at a drawing that I made!

But yes this actually is directly related to a new crossover fic I've been working on lately. Coming soon(ish) I'll be putting out the first couple chapters of an AU story I've been writing based on Risk of Rain. I got the idea leading up to the release of Risk of Rain Returns, which for those of you that don't know is a remake of the original 2013 Risk of Rain. I thought to myself "I liked the first game a lot, and I liked the second game. So, add ponies to that." It's also one of those series that has lore to it, but in that vague fashion that leaves itself up to interpretation so I just can fill in the gaps.

"But why are you wasting time drawing pictures for your story instead of actually writing it?" That is a great question!

Anyway, I've got a little over 10K words written so far, but I want to have just a bit more done before I release it so that people can kind of get an actual feel for the story before I inevitably spent like 3 months in between future chapter releases. I know my work flow and I know no shame.

This a real for serious story that I'm writing and not just another shitpost.
