Do you consider MLP: FiM dead? It's ended, of course, but as long as it's still popular and watchable, it will continue to live. The watchable bit is covered, but it doesn't seem as popular as it should be given how many peaple are still in the dark (including one company in league with Hasbro, some of whose actors are either in the fandom or were in The Movie), and as for the fandom, it's been shrinking since FiM ended and G5 lost it more fans as if they think it's the only MLP that matters and ruined the whole franchise, when if they want, if they dislike G5 that much, they can ignore it and rewatch FiM if they wish, or focus on fanfics and fanart, etc. (Remember how fans abandoned Burtonverse because of its one bad film, Batman & Robin?)
So, for those who don't think a show getting its final episode equals its death, do you consider FiM still alive and at least decently popular? I did get a lot more responses than I thought I would on my "anypony still here, sound off" post.
it's by far not dead actually... there are still MLP conventions around and stuff
Seeing how much is on here still going on definitely not dead. It left a long lasting legacy I think. The series ended over 4 years ago but we are all still fans here. Keep it close to your heart, watch the episodes, write your fanfics and it will never die. Do what you want with your avatar. I say tailbiting is your name go for it. Stop worrying about the state of FIM. Just cause it ended doesn't mean its dead.
