I wish someone would do a Final Fantasy 8 crossover with MLP · 7:37pm Aug 21st, 2023
You know what Everybody i see a lot of crossovers with MLP like Fnaf, Skyrim, DBZ, and even Dark Souls! Heck i expect in time i'll even see an Elden Ring crossover. Though you know what i rarely see crossovers with Final Fantasy's older games that are fan-favorites (minus FF15) i'm talking Final Fantasy 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 10-2, and 12 or a crossover with Legend of Dragoon especially since it got a remaster for PS4 and 5.
The point i was making is I wish someone, anyone would make a Final Fantasy 8 crossover with MLP just once and they could either be the Gen 4 ponies we all love or the Gen 5 ponies who some of us like (that includes Me, i'm a huge Izzy Moonbow fan). That would be my b-day wish when i blow out the candles on my b-day next week.
Now before you all say "Well why don't you do it" let me tell you why. I'm not very creative i tried once and got branded boring and my self-insert was too much a gary-stu, i was told that i can't create a real believable story or world. Hell if you look up the only story i ever wrote and posted here and never finished was universally hated if my likes and dislikes ratio is anything to go by. So i stopped writing and had to take a hard look at myself and realized i'm not creative enough, heck my original draft i wrote by hand was 100 chapters but only between 500 and 1000 words and back then FiMFiction had a rule that i needed at least 1500 words before even the moderators would even LOOK at my story and approve or disapprove putting the story on the site. So i've given up writing fanfiction.
That is why i look around at all the other authors here who are leagues better than me who are known for their crossover stories and hope they do some crossover stories that i suggest but know they are too busy with their current stories and everyday life that i'm happy if they respond with "maybe" or "i'll think about it but not right now" and i smile because i understand.
So that is my wish, sorry for the slight venting here i just wanted to answer the most obvious question you guy might ask
