New Story Announcement: Sic Semper Tyrannis

I'm pleased to announce a new story to be published on my page in the coming days: Sic Semper Tyrannis.

It's around 13,000~ words and is split into two chapters. The first chapter follows Luna in the ancient past, at the conclusion of a long and costly campaign against the tyrant of the Alicorn Supremacy, Opaline Arcana. The second chapter follows Nightmare Moon shortly after her return, who goes to face her old foe but finds herself facing a frightening truth.

There's a lot of rambling I could do here about the story and what motivated me to write it but I feel that is all best left to the author's notes. When it releases, I hope you all read and enjoy it!
