Been quite a time here on my end of the world. Seriously, it feels like spring was out and out replaced with summer. So horribly hot. But, it isn't all sunshine death rays.
Just about finished my playthrough of "Tales of Xillia". Good game, all things considered. Not my favorite, but the combat is fun, the characters are well written (and I actually somewhat care about them in some way), and the story is well cooked with a fair amount of intrigue. That's very much the abridged version of my thoughts on the game, and honestly I'd talk about it more, but I kinda wanna keep this post short for once.
I'm also almost done my playthrough of "Odin Sphere". Just finished Oswald's story, and am at the final character arc (Velvet). I'm actually rather excited to see how she plays.
The other thing is that something came in the mail today. Something I've been waiting for for nearly two years. A neat little kickstarter project based on a game you never heard of </sarcasm>. Something a certain favorite youtuber of mine (Tear of Grace) more or less made a career out of through Let's Plays, Streams, and table-top sessions with two other idiots. That something was "The Binding of Isaac", more specifically the board game "Four Souls". I hope, HOPE, I get a chance to play the game with friends and family.
Anyway, that's about all I have to say. I'mma go and dive into my hobbies again.
