A few good things and a bad thing, but the few good things outweigh the bad thing, i promise!
- The Freelancers will soon be coming to an end
- I intend to make The Freelancers a proper series of stories
- Part Three of "Improvements" is a little delayed due to a change in my schedule
I know the first of those is a little disappointing for those that like loose ends being tied up by the end of the story, and i agree with those people, I'd prefer that too but there are many reasons why this is the case, chief of which is my general lack of experience.
When i first started writing, i never thought I'd stick with it for long but the general good reception of The Freelancers has proven to me that it was worth sticking with it to completion though, even if things don't end as we wish.
This however does not mean that there will be no more of Sheet Rock and Access in the future, quite the contrary actually. I intend The Freelancers and its sequels to be just one part of an ongoing Universe with a whole host of characters, stories and themes to supplement the ongoing plot with additional content.
As it stands, The Freelancers is in its final third and has roughly 15 to 20 chapters remaining before this part of the story ends, to continue in a couple of sequels, one direct, one indirect, with numerous side stories in the planning stages already.
Finally, Part Three of Improvements is delayed a little bit due to a scheduling screw up on my part, leading to having little free time to spare right now, but it will be up by the end of the month if everything remains as it is now.
If anything doesn't make sense feel free to leave a comment and I'll clarify, I'm exceedingly tired at the moment.
