Hi folks, long time no see!

hello everyone, its me again.
Happy to inform you that no terrible event has befallen me, nor have I been kidnapped by the Equestrian secret service.

I'll keep this "relatively" short, or at least get the important bit outs of the way...
I've had a big rollercoaster of a life changing time this past couple of months that's seen me watch my available free time go from "plenty" to "free time, what's free time?"

I very nearly became homeless after the good old generous landlord decided he wanted to try and find tenants who would pay three hundred dollars more than what his rented rooms were worth.
Scrambled to find a job that paid enough to afford an apartment in town
just barely managed to make enough money in time to get myself a new apartment
been working my ass off to get my finances back into business.

all around, things are looking very positive for my future, but this comes at the cost of having barely any time to myself any more.
What does this mean for Kafer's story?

well, given my track record, nothing at all!

in all seriousness, I actually see this as being a positive boon to my writing, as it's spurred my creative flow into *making* things again.
I'm gonna shoot for the moon and say that I'm planning to release next chapter this month, and sticking to that plan.
because lets face it, I *like* writing things, and I like making neat stories for people to experience, as my forays into being a game master for a group of friends in an RPG group has shown me.

I just needed to be reminded of how much fun it is to write...
oh, and having a stable job that actually pays me a livable wage and giving me a positive outlook on my future helps a million.
