We'll Always Shoot Someone · 7:08am May 26th, 2013

I think we need a barrier between ourselves and politicians, sadly. I genuinely wish that their voices were all monotone and simple. That way, we could examine their words and not their silver tongues. I prefer writing over gestures, and paper over podiums. Looking over the quotes of our founding fathers, even in their books, I can at least appreciate their honesty. There was a time when words were used for communication, not cunning influence. There was a time when if you lied to the people,

Propaganda Item · 7:59pm Apr 23rd, 2013

A friend of mine asked me, today, what I thought to be the worst propaganda item ever. I didn't really give it much thought, at first. So I said "television". I added. "Or the internet, maybe." And then I frowned, as a dispiriting idea came to mind. "No, the worst propaganda item ever is people. Individuals who have become walking, talking, breathing jarheads of disinformation. That's how it spreads, really. The believers make it believable."

Orsonus; The Language of Fraxinus · 3:58am Apr 21st, 2013

In this language, each symbol represents three sounds and has a numerical value. The meanings behind each symbol will be listed in order of what pressure is applied when said symbol is being written - - or if the symbol is written in full pressure with an underline.

Example [light/medium/dark - what it, alone, represents ] & if underlined [ it's mathematical usage ].

Love & Tolerance · 7:07am Apr 20th, 2013

Do we tolerate and love our neighbor...
And all the times we all once savored?
Or shall we push, with force, the razor...
That is the clever joke.

As all our patience does weakly taper,
And our abrasions, jibes; poison vapor...
If only our tongues were made of paper...
We'd think before we spoke.

Treading past familiar strangers...
Trading words so cruel in nature...
Our own dreams; we are the maker...
This much I could've sworn.

We are all our own conveyor...

When Death Sleeps · 9:26pm Apr 19th, 2013

When death sleeps it dreams of you.
The Reaper sews it's sorrow.
When death sleeps it thinks of you.
And will, again, tomorrow.

With each breath, so cold and long.
It's lowered scythe shall miss you.
When your name is carved in stone.
Death shall so gently kiss you.

As it's whispers meet your ears...
Life couldn't wring you from.
Holding back it's ancient tears...
"We both knew this would come."

"Life is your wise father, child,"
Time waited long enough.

The Nor/mlp/eople Project · 6:48am Mar 21st, 2013

Looks like the board's alive, again. There's a project goin' down and everypony's chippin' in.
Here's my two bits.

D-B Cooper's in this place be claiming that we ain't real.
We're palpable - - not to be mistaken for incorporeal.
We're discernable - - burnable - - tangible and freezable.
We're not un-touchable, and we're highly fucking feasible.

We're not abstract, motherfucker, we're outside your head.
Like a promise carved in stone, and a browser of /b/read...

Unicorn Bacon · 1:31am Mar 18th, 2013

People can be so insensitive at times. Finally locked my door. Time to throw on some headphones and forget there's a world that exists beyond the walls of my room... M'gonna write a little thuggish poem about pop politics and the soon to be unseized fire.

I'd like to drop a fat bomb on the coast of Korea - -
North-side only, 'cause south get's the idea…
Of freedom, expression, and basic human rights.
While their northern counterparts kinda turned off the lights…

Guess I'll Test This Out · 5:36pm Mar 17th, 2013

Writing, for me, takes one of those cliche epiphanies. There's a mood I've got to be in, and it can't be weak. So, when I'm incapable of sitting down and jotting down inspiring material, I wonder how much I'd suck if I wasn't in that writing mood. When people compliment my works, it's usually the stuff I've written when I drudged out of my bed. Unable to sleep because of the perpetually ringing noise in the middle of my fuckin' skull, I saunter through my unlit room using small
