New Episode didn't ruin my fic! Sure maybe one continuity complication, but it's very minor.
My reaction to the new episode btw:
I wish I could just finish all the half-done stories I've got backlogged.

I've got no drive to work on fics right now for some reason, perhaps it has something to do with me not sleeping again. I've got notes written down as to what I'm writing but that's about it. Gettin' plenty of rest tonight though, gotta get up bright and early for ponies.
Ugh... the release of Trixie's new episode is putting everyone with a Trixie related fic on the clock. If the episode would come out next Saturday, I'd be happy because I'd have time to finish the last few chapters before it all loses it's credibility due to canon.
I should really tone it down a notch... this is my face when I sleep through my work shift AND both my classes!
I give up, just follow the link, I'm way too tired to put the image in the actual blog.

I did this yesterday too.
My stories, Hell On Wheels, and, A Tree Named Fluttershy, are going to be on a very... VERY, long hiatus, as far as I'm concerned, they're not complete and I will resume at some point. I just feel like letting everyone know, or at least everyone who's read my stories.
For the more fun version of the above message, watch this video.
Whenever I am looking for a story I make sure to keep three things in mind.
First, I want to make sure that the story doesn't bore me. (duh)
Second, I want something that makes me want to turn away from the screen to think about what I just read. (usually disturbing things)
Third, I want to be able to see everything that happens in my head while I'm reading.
Now, what do you look for in a story? Your thoughts?
