Ch 3 of Guardian of the Hearthfire has been updated with two new scenes and corrections made to a various other scenes. One scene has also been taken out showing the winner of the Running of the leaves race.

Well Chapter 3 edits are underway, I hope to have it published by the weekend baring any unforeseen hiccups or problems. Expect some nice Fluttershy and Ophelia interaction. Also for people who like Rarity, she makes an appearance.

The Prologue to Everfree abbey has been updated and contains a new scene at the end.

Huzzah, Chapter 3 is finished. Well it's written at least next up is some internal revisions, then it's off to my editors for the final round of spit polish. Currently the chapter is running at a little over 3.6k words it might grow or it might shrink depending on how the edits go.

Side note: the prologue for Everfree abbey should be updated later to day.

Such a great song I can't stop listening to it, makes me want to write a really emotional scene right now. Anyway enough about me, in the season finale what was your favorite song and why?

Remember when I said Guardian of the Hearthfire was going on a little vacation, due to some problems that were arising, well it looks like that vacation is ending sooner then I thought. The past two days I got hit with a bout of inspiration and I was able to clear up a lot of the problems I was coming across. So here's hoping I can get chapter 3 done for this coming weekend. Where I'll introduce one last character to the story before we start getting to the meat of it.

Well for those who saw the episode what did you think, Was it as bad as you thought or was it worse. Personally I liked the episode, It had some really good elements in it, though the pacing was way to fast. Though if you look at it from the perspective of who their target audience was, it makes sense why it was so fast. Attention spans of kids just aren't like they used to be. Though this episode turned into a semi musical with so many songs. Not that I mind, I mean we got a Celestia song

Unfortunitly my editor hasn't gotten back to me yet so the prologue won't be updated today like I hoped. Perhaps sometime this weekend. As for chapter one it still being written and prepare for a long chapter, I'm hoping for 4-5k word chapter.
