I've been doing some writing, finally!

I had some free time yesterday, so I started some work on the next chapter of "All Is Calm." It's about half finished and I hope to have it completed and up sometime before the weekend.

I also have a lot of ideas about what I want the next part of "We're Gonna Get There Soon" to be like, so I need to get cracking on that.

It's good to be back in business :3

Hey guys. I still haven't done any writing, I'm sorry to say, but I did do a doodle of Mimic today!

I hate the original Mimic's parrot cutie mark, so I made something else up completely. It's supposed to represent her special ability to copy other unicorns' magic or some such nonsense.

I want to apologize to every one for not doing ANY work lately.

After I was sick, I had a superbusy week at work/baby-sitting, as well as it being my birthday. I would have liked to have done some work over the weekend, but I was having birthday shenanigans and then my (crazy) brother and his GF spent the night because my (crazy) brother ran in a marathon near my house in 24 degree weather on Sunday and his GF and I froze our butts off waiting for him to finish.

I wanted to drop a line and tell you guys I have done ZERO work this weekend.

And not because I went out of town like I'd thought I was; the party was canceled due to the blizzard we had here on the east coast. No, I've been sick with a painful cough and fever all weekend, so my brain has been kind of...mush.

I haven't been able to focus on much of anything, because I've been tired and achy, so I spent the past three days watching Ninja Turtles and sleeping.
