My story's been up for almost a week now, and still no dislikes. I am simply stunned by that.

Every time I go to log on and check my notifications, I get this horrible foreboding feeling, like it's gonna be disliked all over the place. But still, no sign of any dislikes. Thanks for that.

And by the way, if you like the story, spread the word. Tell people that you think will like it. Tell your friends. Tell your neighbors. Just don't tell people who will hate on it. I don't want that.

So, moving on with the story.

-I named the character. (not saying what it is yet)
-I wrote in more ponies.
-I put in a HUGE video game reference right at the very beginning, and one inside a short flashback. (great game, if you know what I'm talking about)
-I am currently at 2,900 words, and I am debating whether to make this a short "filler" chapter to advance the story, or to tack the next chapter on to it.

I expected to have, maybe, 5 views over the course of 3 days, and I got all these notifications when I came back online, saying that people actually liked it! I am utterly speechless at how this has no dislikes right now. That I did not see coming.

I finally sit down again to continue writing the ponies into my story, when suddenly, I notice that all my favorite stories have updated. And I have many favorite stories. Much shall be read, and not much writing shall be done, but some shall be expected. Don't blame me if I don't write anything besides this tonight; blame the ponies.
