It's been too long since I last worked on one of my stories or kept up with something that I've been reading. My classes have kept busy with studying and homework and not to mention, the terrible luck along the way. But anyway, my finals are to be over in a few days and with that, I can continue my writing... and hopefully catch up on all these stories pilling up.

So, soon after I got the first chapter of Taking chances and the frist scene of the second done, my writing was stopped by a number of things. College has been pressing hard with more projects, tests, and other things to worry about. Well, it wasn't the only thing but I hit the writers block as soon I started the next scene. For now, I'm just getting the Flutterdash part of the the chapter done and then going to back to finish what I couldn't at that crazy time.

Since things have been going too slow with Trials, I've decided the switch my main focus to my newer story which is out by now. It was a waste of time to only focus my efforts only on one thing instead of using that time wisely on something else. I'm still set on finishing that story but it might take some time.

Well, to start, now that I'm back into the college routine my time has become very limited during the week from Mon-Thur where I can only get some writing done during the night. As far as my progress goes, I'm only at little over 4,000 words and still can't call that halfway there. There's just that much stuff going on in that chapter. My weekends which includes Friday are very open though so that's a plus.

After much thought, I have decided to hold back on the next story that I was planning on to release. Since it's going to be one of considerable length and chapters, it would be much easier if I start on it after Trials is done. That way, it will be much better to focus and plan it out.

After spending one day devoted to clearing most of my read later and updates, I'm down to only a few stories to catch up on. I also managed to get Trials together and can continue working on the last 3 chapters. Though I had decided to mostly rewrite what I started on. Still, there won't be any more interruptions or delays in the future for what's remaining.

I'm not sure where to start, but I have to say that I'm now pretty overwhelmed here. After being gone for a relatively short time, there's so much that I need to catch up on and do.
