Sadly it turned out the bear was the mother of serveral cubs (further increasing Scootaloo's depression.) but thanks to Sweetie and the others; Scootaloo beat back her depression and even decided to look after/adopt the cubs.

One of Shadow star's mirrors appear and despite some objections the ponies decided to listen to her. Suddenly the palace began to break apart forcing the ponies to flee. The true leviathan emarged from the fallen palace and immediately knocked Vulpus Tenri and presto out of the fight.
